- Before your first ride, confirm the discount is visible in the Hopp app. If it isn’t showing when you request the ride, contact Hopp support immediately — non-discounted rides are not refunded.

- Use the promo code (revealed in the offer box) when signing up for Hopp for Business to unlock a 25% discount off your company’s first 20 rides.
- The discount is non-transferable and valid for Hopp for Business rides only.
- The discount is not valid for scheduled rides, Hopp Drive, Delivery, or Rentals.
- The promo code is valid until 31/12/26, for a travel period of one month after activation.
- Hopp reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time, and the discount may not be applied to all users.
- Please verify that the discount is visible in the Hopp app before taking a ride. If you don’t see the discount in the app when requesting the order, contact support immediately. Hopp will not refund any non-discounted rides.
- The maximum discount for all rides in total is CAD 470.
- Hopp for Business accounts created before 01/01/26 are not eligible.
- The promo code can only be used for rides in a single country (the country where the code is activated).
- The discount code may be cancelled if fraudulent activity or a material breach of agreement associated with your use of Hopp is suspected.
